We would like to assure our customers that Natural Quilts are taking all recommended precautions regarding safe handling and storage of our products as per Government guidelines.
Our website is up to date with available stock. Orders are dispatched as soon as possible with couriers practising contactless collection and delivery.
Can the quilts be machine washed?
Yes, they can. For best results, wash them rolled up on a delicate setting at no more than 40C. Remove from washing machine immediately. Tumble dry on a cold setting rolled up or line dry in summer and over the banister in winter. Incredibly, the soft cotton voile fabric gets softer with each wash.
Please note that quilts using vegetable dyes fade naturally over time due to the absence of chemicals to set the dyes. Wash dark colours separately. Some people prefer to dry clean them to minimize fading.

We have a 10 day satisfaction guaranteed warranty that the quilt can be returned in "original condition" for a refund so our customers can have the utmost confidence in buying from us. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost unless they are faulty, in which case, postage charges will be refunded via PayPal. If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge, provided you contact us within 10 days of receipt. Please note that due to the use of hand block printing and vegetable dyes, our fabrics have natural variations of hues and patterns. These add to the inherent beauty and uniqueness of each quilt.
